The Back Office is a social enterprise. We create jobs throughout our business for long term unemployed people and we reinvest our profits to help us do this.

The Back Office is owned and operated by a non profit organisation called Fair Business which runs several social enterprises, all creating jobs for long term unemployed people.

The Back Office came about because Fair Business needed a simple, cost effective and reliable way to manage our own finances, administration and back office functions – and we knew a lot of other non profits who needed this too!
